Real Madrid has released an official statement confirming a significant legal development regarding the Sky Bar area at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

According to the club, the commercial court overseeing the bankruptcy proceedings of Anastia Gourmet Hostelería has approved the agreement reached between both parties, bringing an end to a long-running dispute.

Real Madrid explained that the agreement received support from the bankruptcy administrators, a majority of creditors and the court itself. The club stated that the resolution satisfies principles of “economic rationality and legal certainty,” allowing the conflict surrounding the operation of the Sky Bar to be definitively settled.

The court order reportedly considers the agreement beneficial for all parties involved in the insolvency process. The settlement resolves ongoing litigation while protecting the interests of both the bankruptcy administrators and creditors.

As part of the agreement, Real Madrid will recover possession of the Sky Bar, considered an important part of the stadium’s hospitality and food service operations.

The club also highlighted that it had already received a favorable ruling from Madrid’s Court of First Instance No. 50 regarding the same matter, further strengthening its legal position.
