Real Madrid now know how much it would cost to sign Pedro Porro. According to FutSources, Tottenham have informed the Spanish club that they will not consider offers below €70 million for the right-back.
Real Madrid have shown concrete interest in the Spanish international, who is among the options being considered to strengthen the defence. His name has been linked with a return to the Bernabéu before, but the interest now appears stronger than ever. According to Cadena SER, José Mourinho considers Porro the ideal candidate for the right-back position, particularly if Liverpool make an attempt to bring Trent Alexander-Arnold back to Anfield.
Porro, who began his football journey in Don Benito before moving to Madrid at the age of 14, has never ruled out a return to LaLiga. His attacking qualities, ability to drive forward down the flank, and experience at the highest level fit the profile Mourinho is looking for.
Florentino Pérez will now have to decide whether Porro is worth such a significant investment. Tottenham, meanwhile, have already made their position clear by setting an asking price of €70 million.
