The team departed from Terminal 4 of Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and landed in Illinois, where they will face AC Milan at Soldier Field on August 1 at 02:30 Spanish time (July 31, 19:30 local time).
During their stay in the United States, Ancelotti's squad will play two additional matches as part of their preparation for the 2024/25 season: against Barcelona at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on August 4 at 1:00 a.m. CET (August 3, 7:00 p.m. local time) and against Chelsea at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte on August 7 at 1:00 a.m. CET (August 6, 7:00 p.m. local time).
