A familiar figure was spotted at the Santiago Bernabéu: Sergio Ramos. The former Real Madrid captain took advantage of his free time after leaving Monterrey to attend the match between two of the clubs that have defined his career, Real Madrid and Sevilla.
At 39, Ramos remains very active on social media and shared a photo from one of the stadium’s VIP boxes on Instagram, instantly sparking speculation. Alongside the image, he sent a message to Kylian Mbappé, calling him his “brother” and congratulating him with a clear statement of admiration: “I said it some time ago… number one.”
While nothing is confirmed, Ramos’ appearance at the Bernabéu has not gone unnoticed, especially at a time when Real Madrid are reportedly looking for defensive reinforcements. Unsurprisingly, talk of a possible return has resurfaced, even if, for now, it remains in the realm of rumors.
