El Clásico ended in complete chaos, with two brawls breaking out in the closing moments and referee Soto Grado issuing multiple cards in his final report. Real Madrid’s backup goalkeeper, Andriy Lunin, was shown a straight red card for confronting Barcelona players. According to the referee’s report, “Lunin was sent off for leaving his bench to go to the opposing bench in an aggressive manner and had to be restrained by his own teammates.”

In addition to Lunin’s dismissal, six players were cautioned for their involvement in late-match altercations. For Real Madrid, Rodrygo, Vinicius, and Militao received yellow cards, while Fermín, Balde, and Ferran were booked for Barcelona. All were penalized for confrontations with opponents, though without the same level of aggression as Lunin.

Barcelona’s Pedri also saw red after receiving a second yellow card during play—the first for holding Vinicius and the second in the 90th minute for a rough challenge on Tchouaméni.
