La Fábrica continues to generate significant income for Real Madrid. After the €66 million Como paid for Nico Paz, the €50 million spent by Fulham on Gonzalo García and César Palacios, and the €10 million Strasbourg paid for Jacobo Ortega, the club is now set to receive another major boost from Chema Andrés' move to Brighton & Hove Albion.

The Premier League club has reportedly agreed to pay €23 million to sign the 21-year-old midfielder, who came through the Real Madrid academy. Chema left Valdebebas last summer to join Stuttgart in a €6 million deal, but Real Madrid retained 50 percent of his rights.

As a result, the Spanish club will receive €11.5 million from his transfer to Brighton. Stuttgart will retain a percentage of any future sale, while Real Madrid will now lose control of the player's rights permanently.

Chema, who stands at 1.90 metres tall, enjoyed an impressive first season in the Bundesliga with Stuttgart. The Spanish Under-21 international made 39 appearances across all competitions, playing a total of 1,939 minutes.
