Real Madrid's Youth League champions continued their title defense in convincing fashion, thrashing RB Leipzig 5-2 at the Alfredo Di Stéfano Stadium to secure their third consecutive victory in the competition.
Álvaro López's team took control before the half-hour mark, with Enzo Alves and Alexis Ciria finding the net to establish a 2-0 lead. Langsteiner pulled one back for the visitors before half-time, but Real Madrid responded immediately after the break as Castellón, who had replaced Ciria at the interval, scored the third goal.
Yáñez then converted a penalty to extend the advantage and make history, becoming the Real Madrid player with the most appearances in the Youth League, reaching 26 matches. Klapija scored Leipzig's second goal before Álvaro Rivera completed the scoring for the hosts, sealing an emphatic 5-2 victory.
