Real Madrid are reportedly preparing a summer move for Vitinha, according to Cadena SER.
The Portuguese midfielder is said to have a gentleman’s agreement with Paris Saint-Germain that would allow him to leave if an offer in the region of €100 million arrives. The figure reflects both his importance to PSG and the club’s willingness to consider a major transfer under the right conditions.
Vitinha is believed to be open to a new chapter after experiencing everything Paris has to offer, and the possibility of joining Real Madrid is understood to be attractive to the 25-year-old.
Relations between Real Madrid and PSG are no longer as tense as they were in previous years, particularly following Madrid’s withdrawal from the Super League project. That improved climate could facilitate negotiations should formal talks begin.
However, Real Madrid are not expected to make an active move while PSG remain in the Champions League. The Spanish giants are reportedly waiting for the French club’s European campaign to conclude before making any concrete approach.
