The agreement for Dean Huijsen’s transfer to Real Madrid is fully sealed. While the clubs are still exchanging the final documents, all that's left is to finalize the timeline for the official announcement. Although the deal won’t be formally declared until the contracts are signed, it’s already considered a done deal behind the scenes.

Real Madrid will trigger the Spanish-Dutch defender’s release clause at Bournemouth, which stands at £50 million (around €58 million), with the payment structured in three installments. Juventus, his former club, is entitled to 10% of any capital gain made from the sale. Additionally, Málaga, the club where Huijsen developed during his early years, will receive approximately €1.8 million as part of the FIFA solidarity mechanism.
