Real Madrid have no plans to enter the January transfer market under their current strategy. According to José Félix Díaz, the club believes its squad is strong enough to compete for trophies this season and does not expect to sign any new players during the winter window. The board's confidence in the players already available to José Mourinho is therefore guiding its approach.

The sporting department considers the squad sufficiently equipped to meet the club's objectives. Mourinho has been finding solutions from within the group and appears to have established a structure that allows him to make the most of the options at his disposal. As a result, Real Madrid do not believe a January investment is necessary to strengthen any particular position.

However, José Félix Díaz's report does not completely rule out departures during the winter window. Such a move could be considered if a player asks to leave and Mourinho gives his approval. For now, though, this possibility is viewed as unlikely, with no signs that the club is preparing for any exits.
