Real Madrid have asked La Liga to advance the match against Real Sociedad, scheduled for Saturday, April 27, to Friday, April 26, to have more time to prepare for the first leg of the Champions League semifinals against Bayern Munich, which will be played on April 30 (Tuesday).

Los Blancos intend with this request to have extra 24 hours of rest before the match against the Bavarians, who also play on Saturday, at 3:30 p.m., at the Allianz Arena against Eintracht Frankfurt. That same day was initially scheduled for the duel between Real Sociedad and Real Madrid at 9:00 p.m. at the Reale Arena.

Real Madrid are optimistic regarding the resolution of La Liga, which has already advanced two matches of Barcelona and Atlético Madrid before the round of 16 ties when they faced Napoli and Inter Milan, respectively.
