Real Madrid have finally resolved one of the most complicated issues linked to the Santiago Bernabéu redevelopment project. According to Marca, the club has regained full control of the stadium’s Sky Bar, bringing an end to a legal dispute that had delayed the launch of one of the venue’s flagship attractions.

The exclusive space, regarded internally as one of the standout features of the renovated Bernabéu, had been at the center of a lengthy conflict with the operating company. After nearly two years of legal proceedings, Real Madrid officially recovered possession of the facility this week and is now aiming to have it fully operational by the start of the upcoming La Liga season.

A major breakthrough came in May, when the Commercial Court approved an agreement between the club and the bankruptcy administrators of Anastia Gourmet Hostelería. That decision paved the way for a resolution, although the final handover of the premises did not take place until this week.

The Sky Bar is located at the highest point of the stadium and has been designed as a premium entertainment and hospitality venue. Featuring advanced technology developed by Led Dream Group and LG, the space is intended to host immersive experiences, corporate functions, and exclusive private events.

With construction already completed, Real Madrid are now focused on preparing the venue for its long-awaited opening. The club believes the Sky Bar can become one of Madrid’s most attractive entertainment destinations and a key part of the new Bernabéu experience for fans, visitors, and corporate clients alike.
