These days, Real Madrid have no shortage of youthful attacking talent, but they are constantly searching for more. The most recent to catch their eye is an attacker who plays for Castellon in the third division.

Jeremy de Leon, a 19-year-old Castellon winger, has been playing well this season, and Real Madrid want to sign him for Castilla. Although de Leon has only recently joined the team and has an expiring contract at the end of the current campaign, Relevo reports that Los Blancos have started the process of signing him during this transfer window. They see him as an addition in their bid to get Raul Gonzalez's side up to the second division.

Valencia and Villarreal have also noticed de Leon's growth and are interested in signing him; however, Real Madrid presently have the upper hand over both, even though Los Che attempted to sign him this summer.

De Leon, who is originally from Puerto Rico, came to Spain with his mother when he was a teenager to pursue his football dreams, and this month he may be about to make a significant leap in that direction.
