Real Madrid's summer overhaul is extending beyond the first team and coaching staff, with further changes taking place behind the scenes.

According to Rodra, first-team doctor Manuel Arroyo has left the club, bringing an end to a spell in which he played an important role in the day-to-day management of the squad during one of the most successful periods in Real Madrid's recent history.

Arroyo's departure comes amid a broader restructuring at the club following the arrival of José Mourinho. Alongside changes to the sporting project, Real Madrid are also making adjustments across several key departments.

The change also follows a period in which the club has dealt with a significant number of injuries, including several long-term absences in recent seasons. According to the report, the decision may reflect Real Madrid's intention to improve its medical department.

For now, the club has not announced who will succeed Arroyo as head of the first team's medical services.
