Lonnie Walker could be heading for another change of scenery just one year after joining Maccabi Tel Aviv.
According to Spanish journalist Chema de Lucas, Real Madrid are negotiating a possible deal to bring the former NBA guard to the Spanish capital.
Walker signed a three-year contract with Maccabi last summer, but his impressive performances have attracted interest and could lead to an early departure from the Israeli club.
The 26-year-old guard enjoyed a strong EuroLeague campaign last season, averaging 15.2 points per game in 28 appearances and becoming one of Maccabi's main offensive threats.
Real Madrid have already begun reshaping their roster this summer with the arrivals of Timothé Luwawu-Cabarrot, Mikael Jantunen and Jaime Pradilla, and Walker could become the latest addition to Pedro Martínez's new-look squad.
