With their victory over Borussia Dortmund and progression to the semi-finals, Real Madrid continue to lead the Club World Cup prize money standings, having now earned €72.89 million under Xabi Alonso’s management. Reaching the final four guarantees each team €18.06 million, pushing all semi-finalists past the €50 million mark.
Paris Saint-Germain follows closely with €66.43 million, while Fluminense (€52.32 million) and Chelsea (€50.83 million) round out the top four. These clubs have emerged as the primary beneficiaries of the tournament’s €860 million prize pool, distributed by FIFA among the 32 participating teams.
The top 10 earners include seven European teams, two Brazilian clubs, and Saudi side Al Hilal, which just missed the €30 million threshold with €29.39 million in winnings.
The two semi-final winners, Real Madrid vs. PSG and Fluminense vs. Chelsea, will each receive an additional €25.8 million. The champion, to be crowned on Sunday, July 13, at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, will claim a total of €34.3 million in prize money.
Should Real Madrid lift the trophy, their total earnings from the tournament would reach a staggering €132.99 million.
