Real Madrid's Juvenil A team will play at the Santiago Bernabéu for the first time when they face Santiago Wanderers in the Under-20 Intercontinental Cup final on September 19.
The match, which will kick off at 12:30 p.m., has now been officially confirmed and is expected to attract the largest attendance ever recorded for a youth football match in Spain.
The final will pit the UEFA Youth League champions against the Copa Libertadores Under-20 winners. It will also mark the first time the competition is held in Europe.
Real Madrid will have the chance to win the Under-20 Intercontinental Cup for the first time, adding another international title to the club's youth honors.
The occasion will also become a landmark moment in the club's history, with the Juvenil A side taking to the pitch at the Santiago Bernabéu in front of what is expected to be a record crowd.
