Real Madrid may lose Nacho next summer or even in January, claims Marca. The center back's current deal expires at the end of the season, and according to prior reports, he is unsure whether to sign a contract extension.
Rafa Marin from Castilla has already been identified by the club as a potential Nacho replacement.
This season, Marin has been one of Raul's most crucial players, starting 15 of the 16 games and playing 90 minutes in each one. The 1,91-cm-tall center back has also scored two goals.
The 20-year-old defender is already receiving close attention from Carlo Ancelotti. Marin has a good chance of being promoted to the first team if Real Madrid do not sign a center-back next summer and Nacho and Jesus Vallejo leave.
