Real Madrid have reportedly submitted a dossier to UEFA detailing refereeing decisions the club believes went against them during the period when José María Enríquez Negreira served as vice-president of the Technical Committee of Referees, a time in which Barcelona paid him a total of €8.4 million.

According to El Debate, the report was prepared over several months and was sent to UEFA in mid-June. Florentino Pérez had previously confirmed at a press conference that the club was compiling such documentation.

The report adds that Real Madrid believe UEFA could impose disciplinary sanctions on Barcelona, including a possible ban from European competitions for several years. The club also reportedly expects the Negreira case to result in criminal proceedings in the Spanish courts.

According to the same report, Real Madrid are increasingly confident in UEFA's response after improving their relationship with the governing body. Following years of tension linked to the proposed Super League project, Florentino Pérez and Aleksander Ceferin have reportedly restored cordial relations after reaching an agreement on the future framework for European football.
