Real Madrid continue to strengthen their academy by targeting emerging talents, with Atlético Madrid prospect Víctor Correa close to joining the club.
According to AS, the Madrid side are finalizing the signing of the 13-year-old, known as Viti, who is considered one of the standout players in Atlético Madrid’s youth system. The left-back gained recognition after being named MVP of the 29th LaLiga FC Futures tournament last December.
The deal is reportedly in its final stages, with only minor details remaining before it is completed. Correa has already said goodbye to his teammates and coaches, signaling his imminent move.
The young defender is now set to leave Atlético Madrid’s academy and join Real Madrid, where he is expected to continue his development from next season.
