In an interview with Sky Sports, Nico Paz discussed his aspirations and shared his excitement about the possibility of one day becoming part of Real Madrid's squad. "There's no point in focusing too much on the future right now; I’m just starting, and this is only my first year. My focus is on improving every day with my coach, Fàbregas, and with Como, which is growing a lot. As for the future, who knows... playing for Real Madrid would be a dream," said the Argentine, reflecting on his experience with the first team of the Merengue club.
“For me, coming from the youth system, it was a massive leap. I found myself alongside the best players in the world. But what truly amazed me was how they treated me—they made me feel like part of the group from the first moment. It was incredible to speak with them and with Ancelotti," Nico Paz recounted emotionally. He also reminisced about scoring his first and only goal at the Santiago Bernabéu: "I would say that was my ‘prime’—the best moment of my life. Ancelotti trusted me and put me in a crucial Champions League match against Napoli. I was lucky enough to score the winning goal in a packed Bernabéu. It was a moment of immense joy for me and my family, one I will never forget."
