El Mundo has shed more light on the 'Negreira case' and Barcelona. The newspaper has had access to a document that confirms the direct involvement of  Joan Laporta in this plot. Apparently, Enriquez Negreira, vice president of the Technical Committee of Referees, demanded more money from the Blaugrana club "after so many years of relationship, so many favors rendered and so many shared confidences". The ex-manager was not satisfied after the decision of the blaugrana club not to count on him anymore, so he decided to take action and demand more economic benefits after so many years working for them. It is unknown, for the moment, what kind of "favors" he refers to, but taking into account the position he held in the CTA, one should not digress too much.

Even more, Negreira claimed in this burofax that he always complied with direct "indications" from all Barça presidents. Laporta, Rosell, and Bartomeu are all specifically mentioned by him.

Negreira also states in the document, which El Mundo has exclusively obtained, that his company "has been adapting society to the needs of FC Barcelona since 2003, hiring staff and training them for the strict needs of the club, which has demanded work exclusively in such a way that it cannot provide services to third parties."

Negreira urges a deal urgently in order to "avoid greater evils and undesirable actions for both parties."
