The Brazilian appears to have significantly shortened the timeline and may return much sooner than anticipated. Initially, it was thought that he might rejoin the squad in late March or early April, but that timeline has drastically changed. Now that his recuperation is going well, he has a lot of chances to rejoin the team in mid-February.
If everything goes according to plan, Militao may return for the last four months of the season. In those months, Carlo Ancelotti's team will play for all the titles, and Rüdiger, David Alaba, Nacho, and Militao will all look to provide even more defensive stability when it matters most.
