However, the club’s medical team sent a reassuring message after the match, pending further scans.

Back at Valdebebas, the results confirmed the best-case scenario: Mbappé will be fit for the final at La Cartuja. It’s a crucial fixture—not only for the chance to lift a domestic trophy but also to boost team morale as they head into the final stretch of the LaLiga campaign and prepare for the Club World Cup.

Before then, Madrid face Getafe, and while his recovery is progressing well, the medical staff is prioritizing the final. It would be a surprise to see Mbappé feature against José Bordalás’s side at the Coliseum.
