In his latest appearance on El Chiringuito de Jugones, Eduardo Inda revealed major transfer news regarding Real Madrid. Manchester United, according to Inda, has set their sights on signing Aurélien Tchouaméni this summer.

“I mentioned last Monday that Manchester United are interested in signing Lunin, Real Madrid's backup goalkeeper,” Inda began during the show, hosted by Josep Pedrerol. “But they also want to sign Aurélien Tchouaméni,” added the director of OKDIARIO.

Although the current season is far from over, top European clubs are already positioning themselves for the summer transfer window. One of those clubs is Manchester United, eager to rebuild its squad and return to the top of European football. Reports suggest that the Red Devils are preparing an offer of €80 million for Tchouaméni—an amount similar to what Real Madrid paid to Monaco in 2022 for the French midfielder.

Despite a challenging season due to injuries in Real Madrid’s defense, Tchouaméni has been vital for Carlo Ancelotti’s side, even stepping in as a center-back when needed. Now, with players like David Alaba back and Raúl Asencio emerging, Tchouaméni has returned to his natural position in midfield, where he remains a key player for the Italian coach.
