Former Real Madrid striker Joselu has heaped praise on Gonzalo García following his sensational hat-trick against Real Betis, underlining the young forward’s natural goal-scoring instinct, commitment, and deep connection to the club.

Now at Al-Gharafa, Joselu recalled Gonzalo’s time training with the first team and made it clear that his talent was evident from the very beginning. “I said it at the time: when he trained with us, it was obvious that his greatest strength was his instinct in front of goal,” he explained.

Beyond his finishing ability, Joselu highlighted something even more important in his eyes: Gonzalo’s Madridismo. “What I like most about him is how much he feels the club. He’s a player who truly represents the badge, and you can see it every time he steps onto the pitch. He gives absolutely everything.”
