Real Madrid has already made headlines with the confirmed arrivals of Théo Maledon, David Krämer, and Sergio Scariolo, who will take charge of the basketball team from the bench. But according to early reports, the summer reinforcement campaign is far from over.
In fact, the club is now being linked with Jaime Pradilla, a 24-year-old power forward from Valencia Basket, who could be the next addition. According to the Heraldo de Aragón, Scariolo’s appointment has significantly boosted Madrid’s interest in the Spanish international.
Pradilla has been a part of the national team since 2021 and was a member of the squad that won the EuroBasket in 2022. His name had already been linked with Real Madrid at the end of last season, but no deal was reached. This summer, however, the scenario has changed.
Despite being under contract with Valencia until 2027, Pradilla’s release clause is relatively modest—reported to be between €700,000 and €750,000—which could make him an affordable target for Real Madrid in the coming weeks.
