José Mourinho has made improving the atmosphere within the Real Madrid squad one of his priorities since taking charge. After two difficult seasons in which the team appeared to lack harmony and strong chemistry, the Portuguese coach has focused on building a more united dressing room.

One of the measures introduced by Mourinho has been encouraging the players to spend more time together at Valdebebas. The manager has occasionally organized meals after training sessions, with all members of the squad expected to attend.

One such gathering took place today, with Real Madrid TV sharing several images from the evening. These team meals have become a regular part of the routine, particularly after double training sessions.

Although it is still early in the season, the changes appear to be having a positive impact. Real Madrid's first two league matches have shown a team that looks more committed and united, with players visibly supporting one another both on and off the pitch.

One example came during the match against Espanyol, when the entire squad rallied around Vinicius following his incident with Cala. Mourinho's efforts to strengthen the relationship between the players could therefore be starting to show results.
