Erling Haaland's agent, Rafaela Pimenta, affirmed that Real Madrid has a "special magic" that makes it a football player's dream, citing the club's connection to the Champions League as one of the reasons.

The agent of the Norwegian was asked about the most desired soccer player destinations on Wednesday at the Soccer and Industry Forum, which the Financial Times hosted in London.

“There is the Premier League and there is Real Madrid. They have something of their own that makes them the dreams of footballers. Madrid has that magic. They have the Champions League”, assured Pimenta, who also commented on the reasons why Haaland chose Manchester City last summer.

She emphasized, among other things, the chance to work with Pep Guardiola, the charm of the Premier League, and the fact that his father, Alfie, also played there.

The agent also praised and ranked the English league as the best in the world: "When I first got into this, if I told a footballer he had to go to England, they would ask me: "What have I done wrong?" The players now respond that they want to play in the Premier League when I ask them what they want. They say simply the Premier League, not naming any particular team".
