Endrick has finally taken a key step in his recovery, completing his first full training session with his Real Madrid teammates after four months on the sidelines. The Brazilian striker, sidelined since May 18th when he suffered a hamstring tendon injury in his right leg against Sevilla, has been cleared for medical training, though not yet for full competitive sessions.
The setback kept him out for 124 days, halting his momentum just as he was making an impact. Despite the frustration, his recovery has now progressed according to plan. The objective was always to return after the September international break, and that target is on track.
If he doesn’t make it against Espanyol this Saturday, Endrick is expected to return in the following match against Levante on September 23. During his time out, he has focused on improving his physical condition with a tailored plan, similar to the one used by Kylian Mbappé, under the guidance of Ismael Camenforte and his staff. The aim has not just been to recover, but to come back stronger.
