According to him, Vini’s leadership is primarily on the pitch: “In my opinion, Vini is a technical leader, not a dressing-room leader or a traditional captain. He drives the team through his initiative and his football. But Brazil still needs a leader inside the dressing room.”
He also commented on Vinicius’s on-field reactions: “We can all improve. When we make mistakes, we need to reflect, step back, and correct them. I learned that when someone provokes you, sometimes it’s just not worth responding.”
