Real Madrid secured an 82-96 victory over Valencia Basket at the Roig Arena, strengthening their lead at the top of the Liga ACB standings.
Scariolo’s side took control from the opening stages and went into halftime with a solid advantage after a strong first half. The team maintained its level after the break, delivering a decisive performance in the final quarter to seal the win.
Walter Tavares led the way with 18 points, 12 rebounds and a 31 efficiency rating, while Mario Hezonja added 17 points and a 29 rating. Lyles also contributed with 16 points and a 17 efficiency rating in what marked Real Madrid’s 14th away victory in 15 games this season.
