A Paris labour court has ruled in favor of Kylian Mbappé and ordered Paris Saint-Germain to pay the Real Madrid forward €61 million. After weeks of deliberation, the panel sided with the French international and authorized the immediate enforcement of the decision.
The ruling was reached by a majority vote of the four judges overseeing the case. However, the matter is not yet definitively closed, as PSG retains the right to appeal the decision.
While the sanction represents an important initial victory for Mbappé, the legal battle is set to continue. The Parisian club has already announced its intention to appeal, meaning the dispute will move into a new phase despite the favorable outcome for the player at this stage.
