Chema Andrés is adapting quickly to life at Stuttgart. The Real Madrid academy graduate joined the German club this summer for €6 million, with Los Blancos keeping a buy-back option. Against Celta Vigo, he made his second consecutive start, delivering another solid display in midfield and even coming close to scoring, only to be denied by a superb save from goalkeeper Radu.

“Things are going well and I’m very happy,” Chema said after the game on Movistar radio. His start at Stuttgart has been impressive: he assisted in the German Super Cup against Bayern (1-2), scored the decisive goal against Borussia Mönchengladbach (1-0), and now has back-to-back starts against St. Pauli and Celta.

The 21-year-old also highlighted his team’s strong Europa League debut: “Celta are a great opponent, but the team responded well. I’m very happy to start with three points.”

At Stuttgart, he shares the midfield with Angelo Stiller, a player previously linked to Real Madrid. Asked about it, Chema smiled: “Everyone asks me about Real Madrid, but we don’t usually talk about it. We talk more about golf and other things.”
