Real Madrid Castilla continue to be unbeatable at the Alfredo Di Stéfano. Arbeloa’s side claimed their sixth consecutive home victory against Guadalajara, staying firmly in the hunt for the top positions in the league table.
The match required a comeback. S. Mendes gave the visitors the lead in the 28th minute, but Castilla responded with patience and maturity. The equalizer arrived in stoppage time of the first half, when D. Jiménez’s cross took a deflection off Toño Calvo and ended up in the net.
After the break, Castilla took full control of the game. The pressure paid off with goals from Mesonero and Loren Zúñiga, sealing a deserved win and reinforcing their excellent form at home.
