Carlo Ancelotti was named The Best FIFA Coach of the Year 2024 at a ceremony held at the Aspire Academy in Doha, Qatar. The Italian manager continued to make history with Real Madrid last season, leading the team to victory in the Champions League, La Liga, and the Spanish Super Cup. Ancelotti triumphed over Lionel Scaloni (Argentina), Luis de la Fuente (Spain), Pep Guardiola (Manchester City), and Xabi Alonso (Bayer Leverkusen) in the voting.
After receiving the award, Ancelotti said: "It's an honour to accept this award. I want to dedicate it to my club and our president, Florentino Pérez, for giving me the opportunity to coach the best team in the world. I also share this with my players. Football has given me so much—so many positive emotions."
