Real Madrid continues to strengthen its strategy of transforming the Santiago Bernabéu into a global events hub, and the latest milestone — hosting the NFL — has brought another major financial boost. The stadium's non-football revenue keeps climbing, and the Miami Dolphins vs. Washington Commanders matchup added a substantial new sum to the club’s accounts.
According to Ramón Álvarez de Mon, the NFL paid around ten million euros simply to rent the Bernabéu for the event — a figure that further reinforces Madrid’s strong financial position. League executives were delighted with the outcome and have already expressed interest in returning, placing the Bernabéu among the top candidates for future games.
The stadium became a full celebration of the NFL, with Real Madrid preparing every detail to perfection. The club aims to host even more American football events as it continues to expand its presence in a sport with massive global reach.
