Ahead of the clash with Juventus, the Bernabéu's Supporters Stand unveiled a touching tifo inspired by a childhood photo of Lucas Vázquez at the stadium. The Galician player shared the image on social media, writing: “I dreamed it as a child, I lived it as a man. Proud and grateful, always. Although far away, my heart is still there. Thank you for so much, Real Madrid.”
Lucas Vázquez joined Real Madrid in 2007 at just 16 years old, progressing through every youth category — from the Under-19s to Castilla — before making his first-team debut in September 2015. Over ten seasons, he made 402 appearances during one of the club’s most successful eras, winning 23 trophies: 5 European Cups, 5 Club World Cups, 4 European Super Cups, 4 LaLiga titles, 1 Copa del Rey, and 4 Spanish Super Cups. His chapter with Real Madrid officially came to an end on July 17.
