The device seen on Guler’s arm closely matches a continuous glucose monitor, a lightweight wearable that tracks glucose levels in real time. While these sensors are essential for people with diabetes, they are increasingly used by top-level athletes without any diagnosed condition as part of advanced performance analysis.

There has been no indication or official communication suggesting that Guler has diabetes or any other medical issue. At clubs such as Real Madrid, strict medical protocols are in place, and players would not use monitoring devices during matches without full authorization.
