Arda Güler's patience appears to have reached its limit. Despite leaving an impact almost every time he plays, the Turkish midfielder has only accumulated 967 minutes this season across 27 games (9 as a starter), recording 3 goals and 5 assists—a respectable performance. Nevertheless, Güler has reportedly grown frustrated with his limited playing time under Carlo Ancelotti.

According to information shared by Eduardo Inda on El Chiringuito de Jugones, Güler will request a loan move from Real Madrid this summer if the Italian coach remains at the helm next season. Inda revealed that Güler has informed the Madrid hierarchy that “if this situation of limited minutes continues, he wants to leave next year.” He added, "Whether on loan or a permanent transfer, he does not wish to stay, especially if Ancelotti remains as coach. Their relationship is far from ideal."

At the start of this season, following Güler's impressive Euro Cup campaign, Ancelotti had assured the young talent a more significant role. However, that promise has yet to be fulfilled, leaving Güler disappointed—particularly after the first Madrid derby at the Metropolitano. The Italian coach reportedly took issue with Güler approaching him privately for explanations about being benched, despite injuries in the squad providing a real opportunity for him to start.

The Turkish player is perplexed by the lack of chances, especially since he is one of the few Real Madrid players who has remained injury-free this season. For these reasons, Güler is considering his future if Ancelotti remains in charge.
