Real Madrid defeated Barcelona in Game 1 of the Liga Endesa Finals on Monday, but Anthony Randolph suffered a serious knee injury.
Randolph has a complete rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, according to Real Madrid's medical report on Tuesday, and will undergo surgery in the coming days.
Randolph was injured in the second quarter of Monday's game and was helped off the court; he will miss the rest of the ACB Finals, as expected.
