Real Madrid celebrates its 124th anniversary today. On March 6, 1902, the first Board of Directors of Madrid Foot Ball Club was officially elected, marking the beginning of what would become one of the greatest sporting institutions in history.
More than a century later, Real Madrid stands as a global benchmark in sport. The club has amassed 26 European Cups, including 15 in football and 11 in basketball, reinforcing its status as one of the most successful organizations in the world.
Its historic achievements were also recognized by FIFA, which named Real Madrid the Best Club of the 20th Century, further cementing its legendary legacy in international sport.
