Real Madrid players haven’t all met up face to face for three weeks, but they have linked up via a video call this Friday.
Zinedine Zidane has organised this call for Friday evening, with the coach keen to see how each of his players is coping with the coronavirus situation.
No tactics were discussed, as this was just a call to catch up on a personal level.
Zidane is determined to reinforce the idea of this being a team and a group and is encouraging the players to support each other at this time.
Through Gregory Dupont, who is organizing the players’ fitness regimes, Zidane has been kept up to date with how his men are doing, but wanted to see them for himself through the videoconferencing technology that is being used across Spain and the world right now.
