What could Real Madrid’s super XI look like in 2022

06 Sep 2021

Florentino Perez is said to be planning to do some shrewd business in the 2022 transfer window.

If Perez succeeds, Real Madrid could have a super team in place for the 2022/23 campaign.

Here’s what a super-team XI will look like next season.

Real Madrid XI: Courtois, Alaba, Kounde, Militao, Carvajal, Casemiro, Pogba, Camavinga, Vinicius, Mbappe, Haaland.

Subs: Mendy, Nacho, Odriozola, Valverde, Kroos, Isco, Asensio, Benzema, Hazard, Bale, Lunin

In defence, Real Madrid really needs a defensive leader like Sergio Ramos. Jules Kounde or someone else, say Kalidou Koulibaly, can come in and do a serious job.

In midfield, we already have Camavinga, what’s needed is someone with some experience, who can also score and create goals. Paul Pogba cannot be ignored in this case.

When Real Madrid eventually signs Kylian Mbappe from PSG for free and probably proceed to pay Erling Haaland’s buyout clause, Los Blancos will surely have one of the most dreaded attacks in Europe.
