Vinicius Junior surpassed 200 appearances as a professional footballer in Brazil’s victory over Chile on Thursday evening.
The Brazilian’s 201 appearances so far have consisted of 121 for Real Madrid, 69 for Flamengo, six for Brazil and five for Real Madrid Castilla.
The fact that the 21-year-old has already played this number of games shows just how special a player he could be for both his club and country over the coming years.
Whilst the pressure of playing for Los Blancos and Brazil can take its toll on any player, Vinicius has been unfazed by this responsibility throughout his career so far.
He has demonstrated enormous mental strength in difficult moments to emerge in the best form of his career to date.
