Sergio Ramos gets back to work eight days after surgery

15 Feb 2021

Eight days after undergoing knee surgery, Sergio Ramos went to Real Madrid‘s training ground at Valdebebas to follow his recovery routine.

The Los Blancos captain worked out in the gym, doing some aerobic work, cycling, stretching and different series of exercises with weights.

Ramos hasn’t featured in a Real Madrid game since their 2-1 defeat at the hands of Athletic Club in the Supercopa de Espana semi-final one month ago.

The 34-year-old center-back, whose contract comes to an end this summer, is expected to be sidelined for around six weeks and miss out on the Champions League tie against Atalanta.
