Real Madrid face a demanding schedule in the final weeks of 2020. The team will contest seven games before the year is out, with six LaLiga encounters and a Champions League match to come. The latter sees the team take on Borussia Mönchengladbach in an encounter in which a place in the competition’s round of 16 is at stake. However, before then, the Whites travel to face Sevilla on Saturday for the sides’ LaLiga Matchday 12 contest.
Four days later, the team faces the decisive Champions League showdown at the Di Stéfano (9 December, 9pm CET). There’s then no let-up, with the first derby meeting of the season on Saturday 12 December (9pm), when Atletico are the visitors. Three days later, the team will play the third of a trio of consecutive games at the Di Stéfano with Athletic providing the opposition (15 December, 10pm).
Elche trip to close out the year
During the rest of the month, the side will travel to Éibar (20 December, 9pm), play host to Granada (23 December, 7.45pm) and visit Elche (29 or 30 December).
