Real Madrid will not make any move for Mbappe or Neymar behind PSG’s back

31 May 2019

Eden Hazard will likely be the first big name signing through the door at Real Madrid this summer, but any possible transfer move for either Neymar or Mbappe will not happen without the express permission of Paris Saint-Germain.

Los Merengues are unwilling to pursue either player in a clandestine manner which would go behind the back of the French champions.

There is a strong connection between the two clubs and Real Madrid president Florentino Perez doesn’t wish to damage such a relationship, especially with their respective opinions on a European Super League also aligning.

Paris Saint-Germain have been personally assured by Perez that there won’t be any underhanded approach to sign either Mbappe or Neymar, and as such Nasser Al-Khelaifi is calm.

If PSG wish to sign a player from Real Madrid then it’s understood that they too will act in an appropriate manner.
