Real Madrid break 40-year streak by not making single signing in summer transfer window

Real Madrid have managed their first summer transfer window in 40 years in which they didn’t make one single signing.

Last time Los Blancos did not bring aboard a new player was in 1980 when Serbian boss Vujadin Boskov was our manager.

Real Madrid have postponed all-new incomings till 2021 and are expected to go big in the next summer transfer window, with Kylian Mbappe topping their list.

They have brought back the likes of Martin Odegaard, Andriy Lunin and Alvaro Odriozola from loan – with Odegaard being especially impressive for Zinedine Zidane’s side.
