PSG join Manchester United in race to sign James

05 Aug 2020

James Rodriguez is looking for a way out of Real Madrid, and while Manchester United have been the club strongest linked with the Colombia, Paris Saint-Germain are now in the race for his signature.

Zinedine Zidane has made it clear that James no longer has a part to play in his squad, and the club are desperate to offload the attacking midfielder.

Le10Sport have reported that James has been offered to PSG by agent Jorge Mendes, who is working closely with Los Blancos to find his client a new home.

James could provide some necessary attacking reinforcement to PSG who have just seen Edinson Cavani and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting.

Real Madrid want 35 million euros

Los Blancos deem James to be worth 35 million euros although Manchester United have only offered 25 million euros so far.

According to the French outlet, PSG are believed to be willing to pay closer to what Madrid are asking for.
